Can you guarantee our licence or accreditation?
No. Regulators and accreditation bodies make their own independent decisions. We prepare your facility, documents and team thoroughly so you go in ready.
Do you supply the equipment you recommend?
We supply some equipment and consumables through Medical Equipment & Supplies. For everything else, we help you specify and source from suitable vendors. When a recommendation includes products we supply, we tell you, and you're free to buy elsewhere.
Do you work outside Lagos?
Yes. Planning and assessment can be done remotely, and we arrange site visits elsewhere in Nigeria with travel costs agreed up front.
How is consultancy priced?
After a first conversation, we send a written proposal with a fixed fee or clear day rates, depending on scope.
