3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services
- To assess expert network applications and match associates to projects
- To keep records required by law, and for quality and safety
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use health information for marketing.
4. Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): our messaging provider, which may process some data outside Nigeria.
- Associates working on a project, bound by written confidentiality obligations and only for that project.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete it securely. Expert network applications are kept while you remain in the network, or until you ask us to remove them.
6. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, and request your data in a portable format. Contact [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
7. Security
We limit access to people who need it and use secured devices and accounts. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we'll notify the NDPC and, where required, you.
